General Questions

We're located in Commerce Michigan. Local customers can pick up orders at our shop, and we ship nationwide for online orders.
We specialize in custom fabrication and decoration including:

• DTF Printing – Full-color transfers for fabric (t-shirts, hoodies, bags, etc.)
• UV DTF Printing – Peel-and-stick decals for hard surfaces (tumblers, phone cases, signage)
• Laser Works – CO2, Fiber, and Diode laser engraving and cutting
• Embroidery – Professional stitching for logos and designs

DTF and UV DTF can be ordered through our gang sheet builder. Laser work and embroidery require a custom quote.
DTF (Direct-to-Film) is for fabric. Designs are heat-pressed onto t-shirts, hoodies, bags, and other textiles. Works on any fabric color.

UV DTF is for hard surfaces. It creates peel-and-stick decals for glass, metal, plastic, tumblers, phone cases, and more. No heat required — just peel, press, and done.
Yes! If your artwork isn't print-ready, we can help clean it up or create something from scratch. Design fees vary based on complexity — just ask when you submit your quote request.
Preferred: PNG with transparent background (300 DPI or higher)
Also accepted: AI, EPS, PDF, SVG, PSD
Can work with: JPG (may need background removal)

For laser engraving, we also accept DXF and DWG files for cut paths.
No minimums on DTF or UV DTF — order as little or as much as you need through our gang sheet builder. For embroidery and laser work, we handle single pieces as well as bulk orders. Larger quantities get better per-piece pricing.
For DTF and UV DTF, use our online gang sheet builder for instant pricing. For embroidery, laser work, or custom projects, submit a request through our quote page with your project details and we'll get back to you within 24 hours.

DTF Printing

DTF stands for Direct-to-Film. Your design is printed onto special PET film using CMYK + white inks, coated with adhesive powder, then heat-pressed onto fabric. The result is vibrant, full-color prints with a soft hand feel that last through dozens of washes.
DTF works on virtually any fabric:

• 100% Cotton
• Polyester
• Cotton/Poly Blends
• Nylon
• Tri-Blends
• Denim
• Canvas
• Leather

It works equally well on light and dark colored garments — no limitations.
We offer two widths:

• 12.5" wide (13" machine)
• 23.5" wide (24" machine)

Length is flexible — you pay by the square inch through our gang sheet builder. Arrange your designs however you want to maximize your sheet space.
Our gang sheet builder lets you:

1. Upload your designs (PNG preferred)
2. Drag and drop to arrange them on the sheet
3. See real-time pricing as you build
4. Checkout and we print + ship

You receive the transfers ready to heat press onto your garments.
Yes, you'll need a heat press to apply DTF transfers. We sell the transfers — you apply them to your own garments. Standard application is 300-325°F for 10-15 seconds with medium pressure. Peel warm or cold depending on the transfer.
Hot/Warm Peel: Remove the film while the transfer is still warm. Gives a slightly more matte finish.

Cold Peel: Let it cool completely before removing. Gives a slightly glossier finish and better detail on fine text.

We'll note which type your transfers are when we ship.
Very durable. With proper care, DTF prints can last 50-100+ washes without cracking, peeling, or fading. Care instructions:

• Wash inside-out in cold water
• Tumble dry on low heat
• Avoid bleach on the printed area
• Don't iron directly on the print
Yes! DTF prints with CMYK + white ink. The white layer goes down first, then colors on top. This is what allows DTF to work on dark garments — the white creates an opaque base so colors pop.
No minimums! Order a single small transfer or fill an entire gang sheet — whatever you need. You'll get better per-square-inch pricing on larger orders, but we're happy to do small jobs too.
Standard turnaround is 2-5 business days. Rush options available if you need it faster — just let us know your deadline when ordering.

UV DTF Printing

UV DTF uses UV-curable inks printed onto special film to create full-color decals for hard surfaces. Unlike regular DTF (which needs heat for fabric), UV DTF is a peel-and-stick application — no heat press required. The result is a glossy, slightly raised finish that's waterproof and scratch-resistant.
UV DTF works on most hard, non-porous surfaces:

• Glass and mirrors
• Stainless steel and aluminum
• Acrylic and plastic
• Ceramic (glazed)
• Wood (sealed/finished)
• Leather
• Phone cases
• Tumblers and drinkware

Note: UV DTF does NOT work on fabric — use regular DTF for that.
It's simple — no equipment needed:

1. Clean your surface thoroughly
2. Peel off the backing paper
3. Position and press the transfer onto the surface
4. Use a squeegee or credit card to smooth out bubbles
5. Peel off the top film

That's it! The decal is applied and ready to use.
Our standard UV DTF sheets are A3 size (11.7" x 16.5"). You can fit multiple smaller designs on one sheet. Custom sizes available for bulk orders — just request a quote.
UV DTF decals are waterproof and scratch-resistant, typically lasting 2-5 years depending on use and exposure. Indoor applications (like phone cases or indoor signage) last longer than items with heavy outdoor exposure or frequent handling.
We recommend hand washing for best longevity. While UV DTF is waterproof, repeated dishwasher cycles with high heat and harsh detergents will reduce the lifespan. Hand wash with mild soap and your decals will last much longer.
Yes! UV DTF transfers are flexible and conform to curved surfaces like tumblers, mugs, and bottles. For best results on tight curves, apply in smaller sections and work out any bubbles as you go.
UV DTF: Full-color printing, photographic images, gradients, unlimited colors in one decal. Slightly raised glossy finish.

Vinyl: Solid colors only (one color per layer), vector graphics, very thin/flat finish.

UV DTF is better for complex, colorful designs. Vinyl is better for simple text or single-color logos.
No minimums! Order a single sheet or bulk packs through our gang sheet builder. Larger orders get better pricing.

Laser Works

We run three types of laser systems:

• CO2 Laser – For non-metals: wood, acrylic, leather, glass, stone, rubber, paper. Work area up to 900mm x 1200mm, cutting up to 25mm thick.

• Fiber Laser (MOPA + 1200W CNC) – For metals: stainless steel, aluminum, brass, copper, titanium. Deep engraving, color marking (annealing), and cutting up to 10mm steel.

• Diode Laser – Compact system with rotary attachment for tumblers, drinkware, and cylindrical items.
Non-metals (CO2/Diode):
Wood, acrylic, leather, cork, rubber, paper, cardboard, glass, slate, marble, ceramics, coated metals (anodized aluminum, powder coat, CerMark-treated)

Metals (Fiber):
Stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum, brass, copper, titanium, nickel alloys

If you're unsure about a specific material, just ask!
Yes! Our 1200W fiber CNC can cut:

• Carbon Steel: Up to 10mm
• Stainless Steel: Up to 6mm
• Aluminum: Up to 5mm
• Brass/Copper: Up to 4mm

Work area is 900mm x 1300mm with passthrough capability for longer pieces.
Deep engraving (also called relief engraving) removes material to create physical depth — anywhere from 0.1mm to 2+mm deep. Perfect for:

• Coins and medallions
• Dies and molds
• Stamps
• Textured surfaces
• 3D relief effects

Creates a tactile, dimensional result you can feel.
Annealing is a heat-based color marking process for metals. The laser heats the surface to create an oxide layer that appears as color (usually black, blue, gold, or purple tones) WITHOUT removing any material.

Benefits:
• No surface texture change
• Corrosion resistance maintained
• FDA-compliant for medical devices
• Food-safe for kitchen items

Ideal for medical instruments, food-contact surfaces, and premium products.
Yes! We have rotary attachments for our diode and fiber lasers that handle cylindrical items like:

• Stainless steel tumblers
• YETI-style cups
• Wine glasses
• Pint glasses
• Water bottles
• Mugs

Great for personalized gifts, wedding favors, corporate items, and promotional products.
CO2 Laser: 900mm x 1200mm (about 35" x 47")
Fiber CNC: 900mm x 1300mm with passthrough for longer pieces
MOPA Fiber: 175mm x 175mm (about 7" x 7")
Diode: 115mm x 115mm (about 4.5" x 4.5")

For items larger than our bed size, we can sometimes engrave in sections — ask us about your specific project.
Extremely detailed. Our fiber laser has 0.03mm accuracy — we can engrave:

• Fine text as small as 1-2mm tall
• Detailed photographs and portraits
• QR codes and barcodes
• Intricate patterns and filigree
• Serial numbers and data matrices

The finer the detail, the longer it takes, but we can achieve incredible precision.
Laser projects vary widely based on material, size, detail, quantity, and whether it's engraving vs. cutting. Submit a quote request through our quote page with:

• Description of your project
• Material type and dimensions
• Quantity needed
• Your artwork file (if available)

We'll get back to you within 24 hours with pricing and timeline.
Yes, we accept customer-supplied materials. Just make sure they're laser-safe (no PVC, vinyl, or materials that produce toxic fumes when cut). If you're unsure, ask us first. We can also source materials for you in many cases.

Embroidery

Embroidery requires a custom quote since pricing depends on stitch count, quantity, garment type, and placement locations. Visit our Embroidery page to learn more, then submit a quote request through our quote form with your logo and project details.
Embroidery pricing is based on:

• Stitch count – Larger, more detailed designs = more stitches = higher cost
• Quantity – More pieces = better per-item pricing (setup costs spread out)
• Number of locations – Left chest only vs. multiple spots (back, sleeves, hat)
• Garment type – Polos, jackets, hats all have different pricing

Thread colors do NOT affect pricing — use as many colors as your design needs.
Digitizing converts your artwork into an embroidery file format that tells our machines exactly where to place each stitch. It's a one-time setup process.

• One-time digitizing fee per design
• We keep your file on record permanently
• No charge to reuse on future orders
• Minor edits (size adjustments) usually free

If you already have a digitized file (.DST, .PES, .EMB), send it over and we can use it directly.
We embroider on a wide range of items:

• Polos and dress shirts
• T-shirts and hoodies
• Jackets and vests
• Hats and beanies
• Bags and backpacks
• Towels
• Patches
• Uniforms

If you have something specific in mind, just ask — we've probably done it.
Yes, we accept customer-supplied garments. However, please note:

• We cannot guarantee results on items not purchased through us
• Fabric type, stretch, and weave can affect stitch quality
• We're not liable for damage to customer-supplied items

Often we can save you money by sourcing garments through our wholesale suppliers, and you get our quality guarantee.
Maximum size depends on the item and location:

• Left chest: Typically 4" x 4" or smaller
• Full back: Up to 12" x 14"
• Caps/hats: 2.5" tall x 4-5" wide
• Sleeves: 3-4" wide

Larger designs = more stitches = higher cost. We'll advise on optimal sizing for your specific project.
Standard embroidery orders complete in 7-10 business days, depending on quantity and complexity. This includes:

• Digitizing (if needed)
• Proof approval
• Production

Rush options available — just let us know your deadline when requesting a quote.
Yes! Before any needle touches fabric, we'll send you a digital proof showing:

• Thread colors
• Placement and sizing
• How the design will look on your garment

You approve the proof before we start production. No surprises.
No strict minimums — we can do single pieces. However, embroidery has setup costs (digitizing, machine setup, thread changes), so small orders have a higher per-piece cost. You'll get much better pricing at 12+ pieces, and even better at 24+, 48+, etc.
