There’s a reason embroidery is the go-to for brands that take their image seriously.
Texture & Depth
Raised stitching creates a dimensional look that flat printing simply cannot replicate. People notice the difference.
Won't Crack or Peel
Thread doesn’t degrade like ink. Your logo stays crisp through hundreds of wash cycles without fading or flaking.
Fabric Flexibility
Polos, caps, fleece, canvas bags — embroidery adapts to different materials and still looks sharp on all of them.
One Piece or One Thousand
We run small batch orders with the same care as large production runs. Order what you need, not what we require.
Reliable Lead Times
Standard orders complete in 7-10 business days. Rush jobs available — just let us know when you need it.
Direct Communication
You’ll talk to real people who know your project. Questions get answered, not ignored.
How Your Order Works
Three steps between your idea and finished product.
1
Submit Details
Send your logo, tell us what you’re putting it on, and how many you need. Not sure on garments? We’ll help you choose.
2
Approve the Proof
We send a mockup showing thread colors, placement, and sizing. You sign off before any needle touches fabric.
3
Production & Delivery
Once approved, we stitch and ship. Local pickup available if you’re nearby.
How Pricing Works
Embroidery isn’t one-size-fits-all. Here’s what affects your quote so you know what to expect.
Design Complexity
More detail means more stitches. A simple text logo costs less than a detailed full-color crest.
Order Size
Bigger orders bring the per-piece price down since setup costs get spread across more items.
Number of Locations
Left chest only is standard. Adding sleeves, back, or hat front increases time and cost.
Logo Digitization
Before we can stitch your design, it needs to be converted into an embroidery file. This is a one-time charge — we store your file and use it for every future order at no extra cost.
While we take every precaution to ensure quality results, embroidery involves needles, tension, thread, stabilizers, and machinery that can occasionally cause unexpected issues. By providing your own garments, you acknowledge that:
CCSFab is not responsible for damage to customer-supplied items during the embroidery process
We cannot guarantee stitching results on garments not purchased through CCSFab
Variations in fabric type, stretch, weave, or thickness may affect final results
In the rare event of damage, CCSFab is not liable for replacement or reimbursement
For guaranteed quality and full project protection, we recommend purchasing garments directly through CCSFab whenever possible.
