Welcome to CCSFab (“CCSFab,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://ccsfab.net (the “Website”), including all purchases made through our WooCommerce store.
By accessing the Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Website or services.
CCSFab provides custom-made printing and fabrication services, including but not limited to:
DTF Gang Sheet Printing
UV DTF Transfers
Custom transfer printing
Other made-to-order fabrication services
All products are produced by CCSFab. Customers do not print products themselves unless explicitly stated otherwise.
All orders are placed through our WooCommerce checkout system.
Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Payment must be completed in full before production begins.
Orders may not be modified or canceled once production has started.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud, policy violations, or intellectual property concerns.
When uploading artwork or design files, you acknowledge and agree that:
You own the rights to the artwork or have proper authorization to use it.
Uploaded files are print-ready unless design services are purchased.
CCSFab does not edit, correct, or review files for errors unless explicitly stated.
Spelling or grammatical errors
Incorrect sizing or layout
Low-resolution images
Poor print results caused by file quality
Transparency, bleed, or color issues caused by file setup
You are fully responsible for the final output based on the files you submit.
DTF gang sheets are printed exactly as submitted.
We do not rearrange designs.
We do not resize individual elements.
We do not verify cut lines or spacing.
Color output may vary due to screen calibration, material differences, and ink behavior.
By submitting a DTF gang sheet, you confirm it is formatted correctly and ready for printing.
UV DTF transfers are designed for hard, smooth surfaces only.
Proper surface preparation
Correct application technique
Following provided application instructions
CCSFab is not responsible for failures caused by improper application.
We do not guarantee adhesion to incompatible surfaces.
We do not guarantee longevity when applied incorrectly or exposed to extreme conditions.
Proofs are not automatically provided.
If a proof is provided and approved, responsibility for accuracy transfers to the customer.
Once approved or placed into production, the order cannot be changed.
Production times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or supply issues are outside our control.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is handed to the carrier.
Due to the custom-made nature of our products:
We do not offer refunds or returns for:
Custom DTF gang sheets
UV DTF transfers
Any made-to-order printed product
Reprints may be considered only if:
There is a verified manufacturing defect, and
The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photo evidence.
We do not reprint orders with errors caused by customer-submitted files.
DTF transfers require proper heat press equipment, temperature, pressure, and timing.
CCSFab is not responsible for:
Application errors
Heat press settings
Press quality or maintenance
Improper garment selection
Successful application depends entirely on customer technique and equipment.
By submitting content, you agree that:
You own or have rights to use the submitted materials.
CCSFab is not liable for copyright or trademark violations.
You agree to indemnify CCSFab against any claims related to intellectual property infringement.
You agree not to:
Upload malicious or harmful content
Attempt to disrupt website functionality
Use the Website for illegal purposes
We may restrict or terminate access for violations.
All services and products are provided “as is” and “as available.”
We make no guarantees regarding:
Color accuracy
Adhesion longevity
Application results
Website uptime or availability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CCSFab shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages
Lost profits or business interruptions
Errors caused by customer files or misuse
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected order.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CCSFab from any claims arising from:
Uploaded artwork
Improper use of products
Violation of these Terms
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which CCSFab operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
